1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of D. Sky Perspective Ltd ("Sky Perspective", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website and professional drone photography and aerial video services in Doncaster and across the UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
We provide professional drone photography Doncaster and drone-based aerial photography, videography, and related services across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales). Services are subject to CAA regulations, weather conditions, site permissions, and our current equipment capabilities (primarily DJI Mini 5 Pro with 4K footage).
3. Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are provided based on information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, travel, or scope changes. A booking is confirmed only upon written acceptance and any required deposit.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project details and access permissions
- Ensuring safe and legal access to filming locations
- Obtaining any necessary property owner consents
- Payment according to agreed terms
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather, airspace restrictions, or technical issues without penalty. Client cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Deliverables and Copyright
Upon full payment, you receive a commercial licence for the delivered images and videos. We retain copyright and may use anonymised samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from weather, regulatory changes, or third-party actions.
8. Insurance and Safety
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance and operate in accordance with CAA requirements. Operations are subject to safety assessments.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, and materials created by us remain our property unless explicitly transferred.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
